100% cotton shawl hand woven in Tenejapa, Chiapas Mexico by back strap loom- a traditional method of weaving used by Mayan families for thousands of years. This shawl features hand embroidered rhombus details on front and back. Can be worn two ways, as a cropped shawl with long sleeves or turned 45 degrees and worn long in front with short sleeves (as pictured).

Each piece is one of a kind and one size fits most. Great year round for all seasons, as the cotton is breathable and light.

To clean: Spot clean gently with mild detergent and if necessary, can be machine washed inside a mesh laundry bag (to protect the embroidery) with cold water on gentle cycle and laid flat to dry.
